Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Biology, Social Sciences or Health Sciences.
  • A high school diploma with four years of relevant program experience; bachelor's may substitute this experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and retention of subjects; develop recruitment materials and assist with eligibility screening and scheduling.
  • Data collection and entry; administer questionnaires, collect biological samples, coordinate lab procedures, and maintain study records.
  • Study regulatory files; maintain binder, training records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Medication management; prepare orders, coordinate physician signatures, monitor adherence and schedule monitoring visits.
  • Maintain protocol knowledge and suggest procedural improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
