Qualifications

• High school diploma and three years of relevant program experience; a bachelor’s degree may substitute.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in psychology, premed, neuroscience, biology, nursing, or related health field.
• Experience with cancer research, data entry, consent, screening.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Research operations (45%) across recruitment, data collection and regulatory tasks.
• Data and informatics (25%) including case report forms, data entry in EDC systems, resolving queries.
• Communication (10%) with study team, coordination of activities and status updates.
• Ethics and participant safety (10%) understanding human subjects research safeguards.
• Regulatory (5%) assist with IRB submissions and reports.
• Leadership and professionalism (5%) support colleagues and contribute to dissemination.
