Job summary

Green Thumb in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Production Tech to help turn raw cannabis flower into our medicated product line. Under management guidance you will produce, package, and handle products, support inventory, and ensure safety and compliance in daily facility work.

You will follow recipes and SOPs, maintain high quality, document manufacturing methods, and use Windows-based software for traceability.

Qualifications

High School or GED required; some college preferred.
1–2 years manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory experience preferred.
Able to work well in a group and independently with self-motivation and initiative.

Responsibilities

Deliver on production goals with safety and quality.
Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.
Package product with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Ensure all standards for processing procedures and laboratory protocols are followed.
Compliance with local and state regulations.
Adherence to quality control methods throughout entire process.
Documentation of manufacturing methods is created and maintained.
Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system.
Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at end of shift.
