Under supervision, you will follow recipes and SOPs, document methods, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Prior cannabis experience is not required, and the role offers growth within a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory is preferred.
• Able to work in groups and independently; self-motivated and proactive.
• Able to adapt quickly to policy, procedures and technique.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Produce per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.
• Package product with correct labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow processing procedures and laboratory protocols; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing methods.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work area and practice good housekeeping.
• Operate Windows-based software for traceability and record-keeping.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining product quality.
