Qualifications

• Adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow health guidelines.
• Able to listen and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Capable of performing monotonous tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow basic instructions and accept constructive criticism.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with safety and quality focus.
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality.
• Package product with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Follow procedures and laboratory protocols; adhere to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and traceability.
• Maintain quality control throughout the process and document methods.
• Log packaging information in the state traceability system.
• Manage time to meet goals while producing quality product.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and exhibit good housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively and use Windows-based software as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
