Job summary

Green Thumb in Toledo, OH is seeking a Production Tech to join our cannabis manufacturing team. You will help turn raw flower into medicated products, produce according to recipes and SOPs, package and label for state compliance, and maintain strict safety and quality standards.

You will work under management guidance in a facility that values precision and energy, with a focus on team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED graduate; some college or college graduate preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory preferred
• Able to work well in a group and independently; self-motivated
• Adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique
• Personal hygiene and adherence to GTI health guidelines
• Strong listening and communication with diverse audiences
• Ability to perform monotonous tasks with high efficiency
• Follow basic instructions and accept constructive criticism
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards
• Package product into proper containers with labeling to ensure compliance
• Ensure standards for processing and laboratory protocols are followed
• Comply with local and state regulations
• Maintain quality control throughout the process
• Document manufacturing methods and maintain records
• Electronically track packaged products in the state traceability system
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while producing quality product
• Keep a clean and organized work area at shift end
• Demonstrate basic organizational and Windows-based skills
• Use independent judgment regarding product processing
• Help create a positive environment with a proactive attitude
• Other duties as assigned
