Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Ohio seeks a Production Technician to support cannabis product manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and warehousing. You will report to the Production Manager and work at an efficient pace while maintaining strict quality standards.

Operate and maintain production equipment, prepare materials, and ensure adherence to SOPs and Ohio regulations. You will monitor inventory levels, document batch details (strain, weight, quality issues), and coordinate with QA and packaging

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a regulated production environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
• Must pass a background check and be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis flower for production and ensure accurate weight.
• Utilize automated and manual methods to produce pre-rolls and other products meeting specifications.
• Inspect production quality and packaging to ensure aesthetics and function.
• Operate and maintain production equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to Ohio laws, SOPs, safety and quality regulations.
