Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to manufacture products from initial stages to final sale-ready units for distribution to dispensaries. This full-time role operates on a high-volume manual production line under the supervision of the Production Value Stream Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, 1+ years in production/manufacturing, and familiarity with GMP. Daily tasks include handling cannabis products, labeling, packaging, and meeting cycle

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
