Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will participate in the production of cannabis products from initial processing to final packaging, ensuring quality and efficiency on a high-volume line.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to GMP practices, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
