Job summary

DreamFields is seeking Cannabis Production Technicians to manufacture our products from start to sale-ready units distributed to dispensaries across the state. You will work on a high-volume production line ensuring quality and adherence to GMP standards.

In this full-time role, you must be at least 21, have 1+ year of production experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. OSHA health and hygiene standards apply, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
