Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Production Technician to support cannabis manufacturing from raw input to finished units for dispensaries across the state. You will work on a high-volume, manual production line and be part of a team delivering quality products.

The role requires a HS diploma, at least 1 year in production, GMP familiarity, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to work varying shifts and overtime. Training and PPE provided to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve individual and team goals.
