Job summary

DreamFields is seeking Cannabis Production Technicians to manufacture products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units for distribution to dispensaries across Michigan.  You will contribute to high-quality branded cannabis products, working in a regulated environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year in production/manufacturing, and working knowledge of GMP.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old as required by state law.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various cannabis strains, styles, and types.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to hit goals without compromising quality.
• Must maintain high standards of health and hygiene per OSHA requirements.
• Follow instructions and be receptive to feedback from management to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Hit specific cycle times for each position.
• Work in a high-volume manual production line and meet individual and team goals.
