Job summary

DreamFields is hiring Cannabis Production Technicians to manufacture products from initial stages to sale-ready units distributed to dispensaries across the state. You will operate on a high-volume production line, adhering to quality and safety standards while meeting cycle times and productivity goals.

The role requires 1+ years in production/manufacturing, strong teamwork, and the ability to learn and adapt to different cannabis strains and processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve individual and team performance goals.
