Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily production in Oregon (Clackamas). You will coach the team, ensure quality and safety, open and close shifts, and maintain clean, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in food production with supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with standard software tools. A safety mindset and ability to work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related food production or kitchen experience; plus 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, Slack; Jira or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products.
• Prepare ingredients, set up workstations and equipment; perform checks to ensure equipment functions.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards for weights, appearance and flavor of products.
• Manage time and team to meet daily production targets.
• Lead and coach Production Support staff; open/close shifts and ensure safety and sanitation.
