Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oregon (Clackamas) to lead production leads and support staff across kitchen, packaging, and inventory. You will manage daily flow, enforce quotas, and coordinate with management to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in production/manufacturing.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Oversee daily production operations and scheduling with Kitchen Manager in mind.
• Maintain QA/QC of products; ensure weights, appearance, and flavor meet standards.
• Communicate quality or safety discrepancies to management; train and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state regulations; maintain safe, clean workplaces.
