• Must have a deep understanding of mechanics and functions to maintain climate control system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing employees to perform tasks necessary to process for market.
• Manage production schedule, review specifications, and calculate processing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure manpower meets production schedule and is properly monitored.
• Maintain inventory records of plant materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Monitor and guide extraction, batching, lab, processing, and maintenance.
• Develop relationships across departments.
• Proactively pursue professional growth opportunities.
