Job summary

Insa Cannabis is hiring for an entry-level Production Associate I in Easthampton, MA. You will trim, grind, package, label, and keep records, rotating across a limited set of areas as needed.

Responsibilities include following instructions, gathering materials, maintaining logs, and performing quality checks to ensure consistency. A background check is required and PPE is provided for safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or food service preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check per state regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow manager instructions and rotate between production areas.
• Process materials, perform QC checks, and ensure product uniformity.
• Package, label, and log finished goods and batches.
