Job summary

Insa is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Easthampton, MA to manage compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis products in and out of the vault, and to support internal audits by tracking, investigating, and resolving variances. The role requires accurate data entry, routine cycle counts, and strict adherence to SOPs and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in an inventory or compliance role is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of vault and/or facility.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a computerized system.
• Complete required data entry using Excel and state electronic recordkeeping systems to maintain compliance.
• Execute package conversions to support allocation plans as needed.
• Perform order fulfillment.
• Perform regular cycle counts, internal audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain accurate inventories, manifests, documentation, and reports.
• Maintain accurate labeling of all items, SRPs, and batches.
• Compliant with Company SOPs and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
