Job summary

Lazy River Products in Dracut, MA is seeking a Production Associate in the Packaging Dept. You will package flower products by weight, apply labels, and support production KPI goals. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic Windows/Office skills, and prior manufacturing or cannabis industry exposure is helpful.

Work 40 hours/week, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break. Pay is $18.00/hour; non-exempt, hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Inventory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Massachusetts cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Package accurately by weight all flower products.
• Use scales and balances to meet regulatory and SOP requirements.
• Apply labels to product packaging accurately and neatly.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of tools, equipment and work areas.
• Maintain department logs and records with clear writing.
• Follow directives from department or company leadership.
• Work efficiently to meet KPIs and assist teammates as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow all safety policies during production.
• Assist with inventory audits and communicate needs for re-orders.
