Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• 1+ years working in production environment required.
• Experience processing cannabis or botanicals desirable.
• Must work well in a group and independently; show self-motivation.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in policy and procedure.
• Must follow health guidelines and maintain personal hygiene.
• Excellent listening and communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Able to perform monotonous tasks efficiently for 8 hours.
• Follow instructions and accept constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Comply with cannabis laws, rules, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown batches and package products into weight increments; ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain precise counts and weight for end-of-day inventory reconciliation.
• Package infused and plant material with compliant containers and labeling.
• Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system.
• Demonstrate organization, communication, and Windows-based software skills.
• Manage time to meet goals while maintaining quality; sanitation throughout day.
• Other duties as assigned.
