Job summary

Lazy River Products, LLC is seeking a Production Associate to support the Packaging Department in producing finished goods from flower packaging. You will work with a team to ensure packaging KPIs are met under leadership and report to the Production Manager.

The role requires the ability to learn complex procedures, maintain quality control, and follow safety policies. The position is based in Dracut, MA with 40 hours per week and hourly pay, including a background check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Inventory or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Massachusetts cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Office applications.
• Ability to reliably perform standard mathematical equations pertaining to quantity, weights, and measures.

Responsibilities

• Package accurately, by weight, all flower products offered by Lazy River Products (LRP).
• Accurate use of scales and balances to ensure weight meets requirements.
• Apply labels per LRP SOP.
• Maintain sanitation practices and keep tools and areas clean.
• Maintain department logs, forms, and records with clear writing.
• Follow directives from department leadership or company leadership.
• Meet or exceed KPI's and support colleagues.
• Wear PPE and follow safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory audits and re-stocking as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
