Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment for cannabis product manufacturing. You will ensure product quality, maintain GMP standards, and participate in equipment maintenance and process improvements.

Role requires basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety, 5S, and SOPs. 21+ and state badge approval are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or certifications preferred.
• Must pass background checks; 21+; state badging approval.
• Experience running automated equipment and basic math/mechanical skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs; GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Inspect products for formulas, appearance, packaging; adjust equipment for quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S standards.
• Follow SOPs, report safety concerns, participate in training and trials.
• Perform quality checks and data recording; ensure compliance.
