Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Mechanical Operator to set up, safely run, and perform basic maintenance on automated cannabis manufacturing equipment. You will ensure product quality, adjust machines for efficiency, and follow GMP practices to protect safety and compliance.

In a fast-paced facility, you will inspect equipment, follow SOPs, participate in trials, help with cleaning, and work with a team to meet production targets while keeping a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or certs preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Comfortable standing, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, safely operate, and maintain equipment for cannabis production.
• Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Follow SOPs and GMP requirements; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Participate in trials, training, and continuous improvement activities.
