iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Production Lead at its MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ. This full-time role involves supervising cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging cannabis products while ensuring SOP adherence and high-quality standards.

The position requires strong time management, flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, and excellent attention to detail. HS diploma and regulatory knowledge preferred; strong communication and computer skills are

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Reliable with meticulous organizational skills.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Computer-savvy and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to work in a heavily regulated environment.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier certificate holder preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and assist cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor growing conditions to maximize yield.
• Participate in harvesting and processing following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and address issues promptly.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production and Facility Manager.
• Ensure products are stored, labeled, and recorded in Viridian Sciences POS.
• Maintain detailed records and audit production documents.
• Conduct routine inspections to troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cultivation and production teams for workflow efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before next stage.
• Oversee cleaning schedules to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Review Communication Binder at shift start for updates.
• Conduct weekly product and supply inventory audits.
• Assist in performance evaluations for Production Manager.
• Maintain weekly trim/packaging schedules for coverage.
• Coordinate with Director of Security for delivery of completed orders.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to team efforts and fulfill related duties.
• Uphold company values and cultural principles.
