iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Production Lead at our MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ. This full-time role requires overseeing cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging cannabis products, ensuring SOP adherence and high-quality standards.

The position may involve some evenings and weekends, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating daily production, maintaining records, managing inventory, and collaborating with the Production

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a heavily regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions to maximize plant health and yield.
• Assist in harvesting by trimming and processing harvested plants per protocols.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and address issues promptly.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production and Facility Manager.
• Ensure products are stored, labeled, and recorded in Viridian Sciences POS system.
• Maintain detailed records and audit control documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Follow SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance with regulations.
