iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Production Lead for our MPXmanufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ. The role supports cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging of cannabis products, ensuring SOP adherence and high-quality standards.

You will manage production schedules, maintain accurate records, and work with the production team to optimize workflows in a regulated environment. Some evenings and weekends may be required, with a focus on data integrity and timely execution.

Qualificações

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and functions.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor growing conditions to maximize plant health and yield.
• Participate in harvesting and processing according to SOPs and protocols.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and address issues promptly.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production Manager.
• Ensure products are properly stored, labeled, and recorded in theViridian Sciences POS system.
