iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Production Lead for the MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ. The role oversees cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging cannabis products, ensuring SOP adherence and high quality.

Shift is Sun-Wed, 7am–5:30pm, with some evenings and weekends required. Competitive benefits include PTO, holidays, health, 401(k), and paid leave options. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions to maximize yield.
• Participate in harvesting by trimming and processing harvested plants.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and address issues.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production and Facility Manager.
• Ensure products are properly stored, labeled, and recorded in Viridian Sciences POS system.
• Maintain accurate records and audit documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment problems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with cultivation and production teams for efficient workflows.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before next production stage.
• Oversee cleaning schedules to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Review shift start binder for updates.
• Conduct regular product and supply inventory audits.
• Assist in performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Security Director for delivery of orders.
