Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management operates a Production Lead role at the MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ. The shift is Sun - Wed, 7am - 5:30pm, with responsibilities spanning cultivation to packaging, ensuring SOP adherence and quality standards across all production activities.

This role requires strong time management, teamwork, and meticulous record-keeping, with a need to coordinate with the Production Manager and Security for on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable with meticulous organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation, harvesting, processing and packaging activities.
• Ensure SOP adherence and high-quality standards across production.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate orders with Production/Facility Manager.
• Train and supervise Production Team; manage weekly schedules.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Record keeping and audits; use Viridian Sciences POS for logging.
