The Production Lead at iAnthus Capital Management’s MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ, reports to the Production Supervisor and oversees cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging of cannabis products. This full-time role ensures SOP adherence and high-quality standards while guiding the Production Team; some evenings and weekends are required.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
• Reliability and meticulous organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient in written and oral communication; comfortable with new software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor growing conditions and maximize yield while maintaining plant health.
• Assist in harvesting and processing following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment; address issues promptly.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production/Facility Manager.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and recording in Viridian Sciences POS.
• Maintain detailed records and audit control documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cultivation and production teams to optimize workflows.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before moving to next stage.
• Enforce cleaning schedules and sanitation standards.
• Review shift binder for current information; conduct inventory audits.
• Support performance evaluations and weekly scheduling for trim/packaging.
• Coordinate with Director of Security for delivery of completed orders.
• Attend team meetings and training; uphold company values.
