Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience managing production teams, is proficient in MS Excel for data entry and reporting, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership abilities within GMP-compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of up to 50 employees.
• Adhere to GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role with direct reports.
• 1+ years of training or coaching (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Coach and provide corrective actions to employees failing to meet quotas.
• Input data into appropriate spreadsheets daily.
• Train all new hires within the production area.
• Oversee packaging operations to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Communicate effectively with the Supervisor to ensure smooth production operations.
