Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to manufacture our products from initial stages to sale-ready units for dispensaries across the state. You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-output production line under the Production Value Stream Supervisor.

We require a HS Diploma or GED, 1+ year in production, GMP knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.
