Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in our Hazel Park facility. You will manage a team of up to 50, ensure GMP compliance, safety, and quality, and collaborate with the Production Value Stream Supervisor.

We value hands-on leaders with strong MS Excel skills and clear communication. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, shift schedule M-TH 2:30 PM–1:30 AM, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• 1+ years training or coaching (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow GMPs, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 50 employees.
• Input data into spreadsheets daily.
• Oversee packaging to meet quality and production goals.
• Communicate with Supervisor to align on goals and performance.
