Job summary

Wyld in Colorado is seeking a Production Support team member to help ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, rotating stations, and logging data while meeting sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform visual quality inspections. Packaging support and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 months in a food production or kitchen environment; or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain state permits, licenses, certifications.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients; rotate stations and operate production equipment.
• Maintain compliant storage and handling of products per state guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC checks and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors in high-pressure situations.
• Support packaging tasks as needed and adapt to business needs.
