Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Budtender is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Work well with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and ensures a wonderful patient experience.
• Advices patients on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.

• Processes payments using POS system.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized store.
• Educates patients on safe use of products.
• Weights, packages, and labels cannabis products as required.
• Verifies patient age and credentials for entry and purchase.
• Takes inventory and ensures shelves are stocked.
• Completes opening and closing tasks.
• Follows company and state policies to stay compliant.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
