Job summary

Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Budtender to greet patients, help with product selections, and ensure a positive patient experience. You will advise on cannabis products, stay current with industry trends, handle POS transactions, and keep the store clean and compliant.

The role includes educating patients on safe use and assisting with inventory and restocking. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a background check, and strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain state credentials.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide a wonderful experience.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budget.
• Stay informed about new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and educate customers on safe use.
• Verify identification and ensure legal age and credentials.
• Assist with inventory and restocking on the sales floor.
• Follow company and state compliance policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
