Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any required credentials.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and their medicinal benefits is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient experiences and product recommendations.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Process payments using the dispensary POS system.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Educate patients on safe use and responsible consumption.
• Verify age and credentials of customers entering the dispensary.
• Maintain compliance with company and state policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
