Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Budtender preferred but not required.
• Able to pass background check and obtain state credentials.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and medicinal benefits.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, assisting with product selections.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stock on the sales floor.
• Educate patients on safe use of cannabis products.
• Verify patient IDs and credentials for entry and purchase eligibility.
• Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products as required.
• Assist with inventory and opening/closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
