Good Day Farm seeks a Budtender to greet patients, assist with product selections, process payments using the dispensary POS, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store environment.

You will advise patients on cannabis products based on needs and budgets, educate on safe use, verify ages and credentials, maintain inventory, and keep the sales floor clean and organized, contributing to an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; background check may be required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with product selections to meet needs and budgets.
• Advise patients on suitable cannabis products and respond to questions about strains.
• Process payments using the dispensary POS system.
• Keep the store clean, organized and compliant with policies.
• Educate patients on safe use of cannabis products.
• Check IDs and credentials to verify legal age and access.
