Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Budtender to greet patients, advise on cannabis products, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. You will process payments, maintain product knowledge, and help with inventory and safety education.

Prior Budtender experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and compliance. In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment, following company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state credential.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their benefits.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Works well with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and provides a wonderful patient experience.
• Advises patients on cannabis products based on needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Keeps up with new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Processes payments using the store POS system.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized store.
• Educates patients on safe use of products.
• Weighs, packages and labels cannabis products per policy.
• Verifies age and credentials for entry and purchase.
