Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Budtender to deliver an exceptional guest experience, answer questions, and guide customers through our cannabis products. You will handle transactions with accuracy, uphold compliance, and maintain a welcoming, educated environment on the sales floor.

The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced retail cannabis setting while adhering to all regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years of work experience is required.
• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is preferred.
• Cash-handling experience is preferred.
• Experience using POS or other retail technology is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional and hospitality-driven approach.
• Guide guests through the retail experience and help navigate cannabis products.
• Listen to guest needs and preferences and provide product information.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, brands and promotions on the menu.
• Educate guests on product types, consumption methods and storage requirements.
• Complete guest transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Help maintain efficient guest flow during high- and low-volume periods.
• Create positive interactions that build guest trust, loyalty and repeat business.
• Represent Bud's values and brand professionally during every guest interaction.
