Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service and educate guests on cannabis products in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, maintain clean stations, handle transactions, stay informed on regulations and product knowledge, and support inventory and store events as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Must be 21+ years old and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Ensures stations are ready at venue opening.
Maintain fully stocked and clean workstations at all times.
Assists with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during downtime.
Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed.
Participates in staff events and promotions.
Keeps up to date on cannabis regulations and product knowledge.
Accurately logs customer profiles and transactions in POS.
Provides excellent customer experience and supports inventory as directed.
