Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Budtender experience preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a background check and obtain a state facility agent card.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with product selections.
• Advise patients on cannabis products based on needs, budgets and preferences.
• Stay informed on new products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized.
• Educate patients on safe use of products.
• Weigh, package, and label products as required.
• Verify patient IDs and credentials for entry and purchase.
• Inventory cannabis products and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
