Proper Brands is hiring a Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician in Rock Hill (St. Louis, MO). The role: full-time, Monday–Friday, ~7:30 am–4 pm, starting at $17/hour.

No experience required; training provided. You will trim, weigh, and process flowers, record data, and support packaging while maintaining safety and quality in a climate-controlled warehouse. Ideal candidates are 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for medical cannabis.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High diploma or GED.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Ability to obtain Missouri Agent ID (fingerprints and background check).
• Effective time-management skills.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prepare, and process cannabis flowers quickly, precisely, and safely.
• Maintain high quality appearance and structural integrity of plants.
• Minimize waste and assist transfer to the dry room.
• Weigh product accurately for packaging and record data in software.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and assist packaging as needed.
• Keep assigned areas clean and safe; prevent cross-contamination.
