Job summary

Proper Brands in Missouri is hiring a Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician to join their warehouse team in Rock Hill (St. Louis). The role starts at $17/hour with no prior experience required; training will be provided.

Work hours are Monday–Friday roughly 7:30 am–4 pm, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and more. Candidates must be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High diploma or GED.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Preference for fast trimmers with experience trimming large volumes in a professional setting.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date (fingerprints and background check).
• Effective time-management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process cannabis flowers during post-production: trimming, preparing, and ensuring quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and prevent cross-contamination; keep equipment clean and maintained.
• Assist in transferring product to the dry room and weigh for packaging.
• Record data in software platforms; work with team to meet production schedules.
• Assist in packaging and other duties as assigned.
