Job summary

Proper Brands in Missouri is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Culinary Packager to join our Rock Hill team. The position starts at $17/hour and involves packaging cannabis products, coordinating with Culinary and Processing teams, and maintaining clean, compliant packaging operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, passion for medical cannabis, and the ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Effective time-management skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Participates in the efficient packaging of cannabis products during the post-production phase.
Work closely with Culinary and Processing departments on critical tasks.
Accurately weigh and package products using packaging materials based on sales orders.
Prepare packaging materials, including bags, containers, and labels.
Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
Ensure packages are labeled and identified correctly; escalate issues to management.
Assist in the packaging process as required.
Maintain a clean workspace and ensure safety and sanitation.
