PharmaCann, Inc. in Hamptonburgh, NY seeks a Manager of Manufacturing to lead extraction, formulation, gummies, pre-rolls, and packaging. You will own throughput, quality, compliance, and staffing for a high-volume operation across multiple product lines.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive improvements through analytics and equipment advancements. Salary range $75,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial cannabis manufacturing or related regulated production.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing 20+ employees preferred.
• Experience with GMP, batch records and regulated inventory systems.
• Strong data, scheduling and production planning skills.
• Able to lead multiple tasks and drive productivity.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operation of extraction, formulation, gummy production, pre-roll and packaging departments.
• Build and run production schedule against sales and inventory plan; hit targets.
• Track yields, throughput, labor efficiency and cost per unit; drive improvements.
• Lead scale-up of new product lines and SKUs (vapes, edibles, infused products).
• Oversee compliance, safety, QA, and training; manage staff performance and morale.
