Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Facility Plant Controller to join the Operations Finance team. The role blends plant operations with accounting, ensuring accurate financial and operational reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis at the facility.

You will drive monthly closings, variance analyses, capital project evaluation, asset management, and ERP implementations, partnering with plant leadership to optimize costs and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of total accounting experience with 5+ years in operations finance or cost accounting in manufacturing.
Mastery of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Mansioni

Perform monthly closing of financials for the facility in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
Prepare monthly analysis of financial results including variance / bridging analysis with GM and operations staff.
Coordinate and oversee physical inventories, SOX, and audits with plant sites.
Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts; compare projected results to prior year and budgets.
Maintain fixed asset register and compute monthly depreciation.
Provide financial reports to department heads and support decision making.
Monitor inventory reporting and control; conduct reconciliations and cycle counts.
Assist ERP projects and lead site-level ERP implementation.
Hire, train, and develop site-level finance resources.
