• Customer service experience required or preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer literacy and tech proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and policies.
• Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness and workflow.
• Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations.
• Enter and maintain customer profiles and transaction data.
• Support customer flow and maintain efficient store operations.
