Sunrise is a patient-focused cannabis dispensary in Missouri seeking a Patient Consultant to deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for every customer and to support daily store operations. You will maintain product knowledge, process transactions, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to a fast, friendly, compliant shopping experience.

21+ years of age or older.
Missouri residency or eligibility for Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent ID.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer.
Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow.
Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment.
Accurately enter and maintain customer profiles and transaction data.
Support customer flow and assist in maintaining efficient store operations.
