Job summary

Sunrise is hiring a Patient Consultant in Missouri to provide a personalized, education-driven experience for every customer. You will build product knowledge, guide selections, and help customers understand cannabis products, effects, and responsible use.

You will accurately process transactions and cash, enter customer profiles, and support daily dispensary operations while adhering to state regulations and safety procedures.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Cannabis knowledge or retail experience preferred
• Computer and basic technology proficiency required
• English fluency required; additional languages preferred
